dc.description.abstractEn el desarrollo del artículo se expone la importancia de la figura del notario y en general de su institución jurídica. Se hace valer su condición de controlador de legalidad y perito del derecho, de ello se destaca su intervención como mediador y guía en las buenas prácticas para la prevención y solución de conflictos jurídicos y judiciales. La institución notarial, de la mano de los medios alternativos de solución de conflictos dan la oportunidad de comentar las generalidades de cada uno de los temas tratados y de proponer la natural designación del notario como mediador privado.es_MX

dc.description.abstractEnglishIn the development of the article exposes the importance of the figure of the notary and in general of its legal institution, it is asserted its status as controller of legality and expert of the law, its intervention stands out as mediator and guide in the good practices for the prevention and resolution of legal and judicial conflicts. The notarial institution, together with the alternative means of conflict resolution, given the opportunity to comment on the generalities of each of the topics discussed, and to propose the natural designation of the notary as a private mediator.en
