| es_MX |

English | The Supreme Court of Justice of the country has established that the judgment of the criminal nature and therefore the study of the objective, subjective and normative elements of the criminal type should not be part of the formal accusation(order of committal for trial), but of the final judgment in the criminal proceeding. The purpose of this research work is to establish the problem that arises from dispensing with the study of such elements in said procedural stage. | en |
