dc.description.abstractA partir de la incorporación de las candidaturas independientes en el ordenamiento constitucional y electoral –a nivel federal y local–, para contender a cargos de elección popular, se han presentado diversas problemáticas en la operatividad de esta figura como mecanismo para garantizar los derechos políticos- electorales de los ciudadanos. Por tal motivo, se estima relevante analizar cuál ha sido el impacto de esta figura en los procesos electorales locales. Lo anterior, a fin de identificar algunas pautas que permitan potencializar sus alcances en el Estado de Guanajuato.es_MX
