| Abstract: | Se propone revisar introductoriamente la relación entre el pensamiento de Guillermo de Ockham, en específico del Principio de Parsimonia y su posible uso en el derecho desde una perspectiva multidisciplinaria que incluye a la biografía, la historia, la filosofía y por último a la disciplina jurídica. |
