dc.description.abstractEl objeto de estudio de esta investigación es el acceso de las mujeres víctimas de violencia familiar a la justicia penal en la fase de interposición de la denuncia con el objetivo de identificar los factores socio-jurídicos que las excluyen y las discriminan; el diseño de la investigación es desde el paradigma cualitativo con el uso de la técnica de observación participante. Durante la investigación, se identificaron diferentes factores socio jurídicos que afectaron el proceso de denuncia en casos de violencia intrafamiliar en el Ministerio Público de Colima. Entre los más destacados se incluyen prejuicios por parte de la autoridad, débil conciencia y falta de sensibilidad.es_MX

dc.description.abstractEnglishThe focus of this research is the access of women victims of domestic violence to criminal justice during the phase of filing a complaint, to identify the socio-legal factors that exclude and discriminate against them. The research design follows a qualitative paradigm, employing the technique of participant observation. A total of 143 socio-legal factors were identified during the investigation, which affected the process of filing complaints in cases of domestic violence at the Public Ministry in Colima. Among the most prominent factors were biases exhibited by authorities and a lack of awareness and sensitivity.en
