| dc.description.abstract | En el contexto académico, los seminarios de investigación se cursan en 8º y 9º semestre del Programa Educativo de Ingeniero Agrónomo en la Facultad de Agrobiología “Presidente Juárez” - UMSNH, como asignaturas para buscar titularse por tesis derivada del proyecto de investigación. El problema radica en el bajo índice de titulación por tesis o tesina a partir de haber incorporado la opción del Examen General de Egreso de la Licenciatura (EGEL), diseñado y aplicado por el Centro Nacional de Evaluación para la Educación Superior (CENEVAL), ya que los estudiantes desechan realizar un proyecto investigativo. Los objetivos de la investigación son 1) Revisar los enfoques y el protocolo propuesto por los estudiantes en los Seminarios de Investigación I y II. 2) Identificar las diferencias en el desarrollo, evaluación y actualización de contenidos de los Seminarios I y II. 3) Determinar el índice de titulados con proyectos de investigación como resultado de los Seminarios de Investigación I y II, desarrollados del 2018 a 2024. La metodología considera la revisión de los programas indicativos, el análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de los proyectos de investigación propuestos por estudiantes y la aplicación de encuestas a docentes y estudiantes para identificar las necesidades. Se observa una concentración temática de proyectos en aguacate, maíz y zarzas, deficiencias en el protocolo de investigación y discrepancias entre docentes sobre contenidos. Es importante diversificar los temas de investigación, trabajar los fundamentos metodológicos desde el seminario inicial y que los estudiantes reciban el apoyo necesario para completar sus investigaciones. | es_MX |

| dc.description.abstractEnglish | In the academic context, research seminars are taken in the 8th and 9th semester of the Agricultural Engineer Educational Program at the “Presidente Juárez” Faculty of Agrobiology - UMSNH, as subjects to seek a degree in a thesis derived from the research project. The problem lies in the low rate of graduation by thesis or dissertation after having incorporated the option of the General Graduate Exit Examination (EGEL), designed and applied by the National Evaluation Center for Higher Education (CENEVAL), since that students refuse to carry out a research project. The objectives of the research are 1) Review the approaches and protocol proposed by students in Research Seminars I and II. 2) Identify the differences in the development, evaluation and updating of contents of Seminars I and II. 3) Determine the rate of graduates with research projects as a result of Research Seminars I and II, developed from 2018 to 2024. The methodology considers the review of indicative programs, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the research projects proposed by students and the application of surveys to teachers and students to identify needs. There is a thematic concentration of projects on avocado, corn and brambles, deficiencies in the research protocol and discrepancies between teachers regarding content. It is important to diversify the research topics, work on the methodological foundations from the initial seminar and that students receive the necessary support to complete their research. | en |
