dc.description.abstract | Se desarrollaron celdas solares sensibilizadas con un tinte tipo azoico (rojo disperso 1) mezclado con gra-feno y óxido de grafeno, por el método de electroforesis en medio ácido aplicando un voltaje de 3V a un tiempo de 15 s, dichas condiciones permitieron depositar satisfactoriamente la capa semiconductora y posteriormente confinar adecuadamente el sensibilizador. Todas las celdas fueron termodinámicamente estables. Las celdas sensibilizadas con colorante rojo disperso 1 y rojo disperso 1 mezclado con grafeno y óxido de grafeno reportaron eficiencias globales de 0.12, 0.34 y 0.21 respectivamente. Las potencias máxi-mas calculadas a partir de los datos de densidad de corriente y voltaje medidos para las celdas sensibiliza-das con rojo disperso 1 y rojo disperso 1 mezclado con grafeno y óxido de grafeno fueron de 9.68 W/cm2× 10-3 W/cm2, 11.74 W/cm2× 10-3 W/cm2, 19.19 W/cm2× 10-3 W/cm2 de manera, respectiva. Todos los fotoelec-trodos elaborados presentaron confinamiento estable entre el sensibilizador y la fase semiconductora. | es_MX |

dc.description.abstractEnglish | Solar cells sensitized with an azo dye (dispersed red 1) mixed with graphene and graphene oxide by the electrophoresis method in acid medium applying a voltage of 3V at a time of 15 seconds were developed, these conditions allowed to deposit the layer satisfactorily semiconductor and subsequently properly con-fine the sensitizer. All cells were thermodynamically stable. The cells sensitized with disperse red 1 and disperse red 1 mixed with graphene and graphene oxide reported overall efficiencies of 0.12, 0.34 and 0.21 respectively. The maximum power calculated from the measured current density and voltage data for cells sensitized with dispersed red 1 and disperse red 1 mixed with graphene and graphene oxide were 9.68 W/cm2 × 10-3 W/cm2, 11.74 W/cm2 × 10-3 W/cm2 and 19.19 W/cm2 × 10-3 W/cm2 respectively.
