| es_MX |

English | Cellulose is the most abundant organic compund on Earth. Enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out by microorganisms producing endo 1, 4- B glucanases, celobiohidrolasas and B glucosidases. The objective of the present study was to quantify the degradation of lignocellosic substrates, by the artificial bacterial consortium CF2-HCM2 in wheat, sorghum and barley straw. Straws were thermally pretreated at 121 °C for 15 min. Differents carbon sources such as CMC, PF or pretreated straws were added to a Minimal Medium, furthermore, they were inoculated with CF2-HCM2. They were incubated at 34.0+0.1°c during 72 hours, with adjustment of pH at 7.0, regulator of phosphates. Release of reducing sugars were evaluated with DNS. The experiments were carried out in triplicate. The results showed that absorbance was one three times higher in CMC than in PF after 56 hours of incubation values were 0.747 and 0.230, respectively. The realease of reducing sugar in CMC were 4.7 higher than PF after 52 hours of incubation, where values were 0.42 and 0.09 g/L, respectively. The straws wheat and barley showed an increase in release of reducing sugars after 72 hours with Values of 72, 0.68 and 0.78 g/l, respectively. CF2-HCM2, hdirolize pretreated straws of wheat, sorgum and barley lignocellulosic waste, within a potential for the production of bioenergy. | - |
