dc.description.abstractLa empresa "Planpulu Plantaciones Puerto de Luna S.C DE R.L DE C.V", se sitúa en el ejido de Urireo, del municipio de Salvatierra Gto., está dedicada a la producción de grana fina, cuenta con la producción de nopal y de un invernadero, la producción se lleva a cabo por el método de penca cortada y colgada por medio de gancho metálico. La crianza del insecto se ve afectada por diversos factores abióticos y bióticos.Por lo que el objetivo de este trabajo consistió en evaluar la incidencia de estos factores para así tener un mejor manejo en el ciclo biológico del insecto.Durante la estancia se analizaron estos factores con el propósito de ver si este lugar es apropiado para la producción de grana cochinilla. Con los resultados obtenidos se llegó a la conclusión que la zona cuenta con las condiciones óptimas para la producción en invernadero durante el periodo analizado, asimismo se encontró que el porcentaje de ácido carmínico de la grana que se produce en la empresa es de 19.54%±0.748.es_MX

dc.description.abstractEnglishThe company "Planpulu Plantaciones Puerto de Luna S.C DE R.L DE C.V”, Is situated in the city ofUrireo, around Salvatierra Gto, It is dedicated to the production of cochineal, account with the production of cactus pear in greenhouse, the production is carried out by the method of pear cut and hung by means of metal hook. The breeding of the insect cochineal is affected by various abiotic and biotic factors. So the main of the investigation was evaluate the incidence of these factors so as to have a better management in the biological cycle of the insect. During the stay is analyzed these factors with the purpose of seeing if this place is suitable for the production of cochineal. With the results obtained it was concluded that the area has the optimum conditions for the production in the greenhouse during the period under review, it was also found that the percentage of acid carmínico of the cochineal that occurs in the company is 19.54%±0.748.-
