dc.description.abstractLas PGPR (por sus siglas en inglés Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) son bacterias que tienen la capacidad de incrementar el crecimiento vegetal, la obtención de estas bacterias especialmente de ANP’S (Áreas Naturales Protegidas) representan la importancia de cuidar y preservar la riqueza microbiológica que estas guardan. En el presente trabajo se realizó el aislamiento de bacterias promotoras a partir de una muestra de rizosfera de los árboles de mezquite (Prosopis laevigata), encino (Quercus rugosa) y ciruelillo (Embothrium coccineum), presentes en la zona del área natural protegida en estudio “Las Cruces” en Salvatierra, Guanajuato. Se aislaron 100 cepas en el medio selectico ACC (1- ácido carboxílico, -1- aminociclopropano) desaminasa y fueron seleccionadas 50 cepas para realizar las pruebas de germinación en lenteja (Lens culinaris) y rábano (Rabhanus sativus), así como para pruebas de antagonismo con hongos Fito patógenos y producción de sideróforos.es_MX

dc.description.abstractEnglishThe PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria), they are bacterias which has the capacity of increasing the vegetal growth, the obtaining of these bacterias specially from ANP´S (Natural Area Protected), they represent the importancy of caring and persisting the wealth microbiologic of these, in this work we did the isolation of promoting bacterias from a sample of rhizosphere of mezquite (Prosopis laevigata), encino (Quercus rugosa) and ciruelillo (Embothrium coccineum), they are all present in the zone of the natural protected area in the research , “ Las cruces” in Salvaterra, Guanajuato. 100 strains were obtained with activity of ACC (1 - carboxílico, -1 - aminociclopropano) desaminasa that were confirmed with capacity promoter of growth of plants and they were selected 50 strains to do the samples of germination lenteja (Lens culinaris) and rábano (Rabhanus sativus), as well as antagonism samples with phytopatogenic fungies and production of siderophores.-
