dc.description.abstract	Todas las aulas de la Escuela de Nivel Medio Superior de León (ENMSL) cuentan como mínimo con un pizarrón blanco, lo que hace necesario que el docente utilice al menos un marcador para impartir cátedra. Terminada la vida útil del marcador, éste se vuelve un residuo que se genera en una cantidad considerable, principalmente si se extrapola dicha actividad a todas las unidades académicas de la Universidad de Guanajuato. El reciclaje del plástico en las tapas y también en barril del marcador, permitiría disminuir el impacto ambiental de las actividades académicas; además de que incluso es posible colaborar en obras sociales (beneficencia) con instituciones que colectan piezas plásticas para donaciones de material médico o bien, sesiones de quimioterapia. Mediante el contacto con una empresa recolectora de residuos, que colabora con asociaciones civiles, es factible conocer las características requeridas en el material plástico a reciclar, lo que permite saber si el plástico de los marcadores es útil en este proceso, en lugar de que siga siendo un desecho contaminante.	es_MX

dc.description.abstractEnglish	All the classrooms of the ENMSL have at least one white board, which makes it necessary for the teacher to use at least one bookmark to teach. After the useful life of the marker, it becomes a waste that generates a considerable amount, mainly if this activity is extrapolated to all the academic units of the University of Guanajuato. The recycling of the plastic in the covers and also in the cylinder of the marker, would allow to diminish the environmental impact of the academic activities; besides that it is even possible to collaborate in social works (charity) with institutions that collect plastic pieces for donations of medical material or, chemotherapy sessions. Through contact with a waste collection company, which collaborates with civil associations, it is feasible to know the characteristics required in the plastic material to be recycled, which allows us to know if the plastic of the markers is useful in this process, instead of following being a polluting waste.	-
