dc.description.abstractLa violación de derechos humanos a las personas que detentan una orientación y una preferencia de género es una realidad que el Estado mexicano ha dejado en el olvido. No sólo porque sus derechos humanos son vulnerados por las mismas instituciones mexicanas , en los tres ámbitos de gobierno, sino porque la sociedad también contribuye al fomento del no respeto de estos derechos. A tal grado que, se han detectado casos específicos en los que han sido privadas de la vida.
