dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación engloba un estudio de la Geología local, específicamente de las rocas que han sido utilizadas en la Arquitectura tanto como material de construcción o formando parte de su estructura. La metodología de investigacióniniciacon la revisión de la Columna Estratigráfica la cual nos da la información de las Litologías presentes en un tiempo geológico determinado. Las formaciones se ubican geográficamente, relacionándolas y analizandola información para ubicarlas en el contexto de estudio, lo que nos permitirá de acuerdo a las cualidades de la roca darles el mejor y mayor uso en los proyectos de edificación. Para concluir, se califican a cada una de las rocas que forman parte del estudio mostrando sus aptitudeses_MX

dc.description.abstractEnglishThis research includes a study of the local geology, specifically the rocks that have been used in architecture as well as building material or as part of their structure.The research methodology begins with a review of the Stratigraphic Column which gives us information the lithologies present in a given geologic time. The formations are located geographically, linking and analyzing information to locate them in the context of the study, which will allow us according to the qualities of the rock give the highest and best use in building projects.To conclude, they qualify each of the rocks that form part of the study showing their skills-
