Título: Efecto del Consumo de Alcohol y Homofobia Internalizada en la Conducta Sexual en Hombres que tienen Sexo con Hombres

Resumen: Introduction: Sexual risk behaviors are a health problem in the population, it is a factor that influences HIV / AIDS or a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Among the most common risk sexual behaviors are having multiple partners, having unprotected vaginal and anal sex, oral or anal sex, and homosexual or bisexual sex. The incidence in men who have sex with men is increasing, this practice increases the chances of an anal injury or tear and a 13 times greater probability of living with HIV than the general population. Materials and methods: Design was a quantitative, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional study. The sample for convenience consisted of 80 MSM who agreed to voluntarily participate in the study. Results: 8.7% were identified as men, 80% as gay / homosexual and 1.3% as transgender / transgender women. Likewise, the age was 18 to 59. Alcohol consumption and internalized homophobia have an effect on behavior.
