dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación surge de la segunda etapa del proyecto denominado “Forja moderna de cigüeñales con aceros especiales para motores de alto rendimiento”, donde se han desarrollado procedimientos de caracterización de un acero especial. La contribución de la presente tesis describe en su contenido la caracterización del coeficiente de fricción en el proceso de forjado. En el primer capítulo se presenta una reseña histórica, y se enuncian los conocimientos previos para la comprensión y desarrollo de la caracterización del coeficiente de fricción. En el segundo capítulo se describe la metodología experimental que se siguió para efectuar las pruebas de compresión de anillo. Posteriormente se enmarca una metodología de simulación numérica en el software LS-DYNA®y se generan una serie de curvas de calibración de fricción. En el último capítulo se unen los resultados experimentales y de simulación numérica para determinar los coeficientes de fricción del proceso de forjado caracterizado. | es_MX |

The contribution of this thesis describes in its content the characterization of friction coefficient in the forging process. A historical review is presented in the first chapter, and the previous knowledge for the understanding and development of the coefficient of friction characteristic is stated. In the second chapter, the experimental methodology that was followed to perform ring compression tests is described. Subsequently, a numerical simulation methodology is framed in the LS-DYNA® software and a series of friction calibration curves are generated. In the final chapter the experimental and numerical simulation results are fused to determine the friction coefficients of the characterized forging process. | - |
